Our Conflict of Interest/Ethical Conduct Policy summarizes expected behavior for all Lewis-Clark State College employees.  We will conduct business fairly, impartially, in an ethical manner and in compliance with applicable laws and College policies and procedures.  Each employee bears the responsibility to ask questions, seek proper guidance and report suspected violations of the Conflict of Interest/Ethical Conduct Policy.  We will not tolerate any retaliation against employees who raise genuine concerns.
